      Awesome company! Got someone to service my heat pump the same day. Robert was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything in great detail. I felt very comfortable with what he was doing. They even called me to assure me that he was on the way when we got close to the end of the window they had given me.

      My AC unit had stopped running. I called Swift and their response was outstanding. I am a first-time customer with them and couldn't be more satisfied with them. Robert was the technician that came to us and within 20 minutes knew exactly what the problem was. He explained everything in great detail and answered every question we asked with no hesitation. He is extremely professional. Robert had the system up and running in 2 hours. The overall cost of repairs is quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. Will definitely be using them again.

      We were impressed with all the changes that have been made in their service in the last six months since they were here last. The things I liked... everything. This was a maintenance call. We were notified of the appointment, then of the person who would be coming including a picture and a map of where they were and when they would arrive which was accurate. The technician Nathan was knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, and kept us abreast of what he was doing. I highly recommend their service. We have had them for several years and they keep getting better and better. They are also very accommodating on any requests- kudos to their customer service reps also.

      "We were so impressed that we did sign up for the Cool Club where they come and check our system semiannually."

      David from Swift showed up within 2 hours of my calling to say our A/C was not working. On a very hot and humid day, that was much appreciated. David identified the problem quickly. The float valve on the A/C unit had shut the system down. David had the system up and running in no time. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need and we were so impressed with his work and integrity that we did sign up for the Cool Club where they come and check our system semiannually.

      Swift was swift. I contacted them about our upstairs heat pump (installed by another HVAC company) not cooling on a 90-degree day and a technician (Jason) showed up within a couple of hours, troubleshot the problem, fixed the issue, and was gone within 2 hours. The temp had gotten up to 87 on our second floor by 5 PM and was back down to 75 by 9 PM that night. Very knowledgeable technician and I would not hesitate to call Jason again.
