My leak was not fixed on the first visit, so Jeff came out the next day and replaced two toilets with the best you offer and in a very short period of time. Hopefully no more leaks. Nothing left behind for me to clean up. A little pricey, but hopefully I will never have to replace these again for a very long time.

The Mr. Packer was very polite, professional, and informative. The visit was for a plumbing problem evaluation. He had pictures and videos of everything he explained to me. The evaluation was half the cost of others.

I have worked with many contractors and I was very impressed with how professional he is.
