Quentin and Josh installed my new complete HVAC system. They let us know when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They started off explaining all they would be doing and kept us informed as the process progressed. While they were working, they covered my hardwood floors to protect them from damage. When they finished, they completely cleaned up inside and outside where they were working. They explained how the new updated thermostat operates as well as the system. As usual, outstanding work by Swift Services!

The 4-Man Team Installed a New HVAC System Jan 15, 2026

Not fully sure of the install team names. The 4-man team installed a new HVAC system and repaired some of the ductwork to install new dampers. The team worked quickly and kept me informed on what was happening. The lead man on the team had a great attitude and kept the process moving and finished the job by walking me through the Wi-Fi thermostat setup. They fully checked the system, making sure everything worked perfectly. The original crew that came out to troubleshoot the original problem was also great, explaining everything to me and showing me pictures of the problem. They also explained the repair cost and replacement cost. I went with a full replacement. Great job and all were highly professional. Thank you.

Robert Sweet (the Swift Services HVAC tech) was very friendly and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He went above and beyond! Daniel Myers came to do the new installation on 12/6/24 (today). Daniel was absolutely excellent. He explained everything he was doing. If I could give him a rating over the max, I would. His associate who was working with him spent most of his time on the roof so I did not get to talk to him, but he was very polite. Robert Allen came by to paint a small area that was damaged in the installation. He cleaned the whole area and repainted. Looks good. 12/2/25 Robert Allen was just here to do scheduled preventative maintenance and, as always, did a good job and was friendly as he always is.

He gave me every option available for my house and followed up with answers to additional questions I had after the appointment. The company handles all of the permitting, rebate eligibility, and warranty registration at the office and they mail you your hard copies in about 2-3 weeks after install. When my wife and I decided to go with Swift, the process for financing was hassle free. A few simple questions to determine creditworthiness and we were set to go. We made the decision to buy on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the HVAC unit was installed on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Installation was handled expertly by Daniel and Daniel. Both were very professional and courteous. Installation took about an hour less than was expected and quoted. They were even able to install the unit in a slightly different location so that I could access zone controls in the "closet" the unit sits in. They cleaned up where they worked and triple-checked to make sure I did not have any questions and explained the Home Comfort Club benefits in detail. TL/DR: 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

Generally very satisfied with APlus. Have used them for 4 years. Very responsive and professional. Had upper and lower floor HVAC systems installed this past spring. When it got warm enough to need AC, one unit wasn’t cooling. Tech came out after 5 p.m. to repair. Something wrong with a wire and was repaired. Most recently when it got cold enough to need heat, it didn’t come on in the same unit as the AC problem. Again tech came after 5 p.m. and again something with a wire. Repaired. Take this for what it’s worth.

Swift had technicians come out today as part of a membership I have with them. They have checked different areas in my home for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. They did a great job! It makes me feel better knowing things have been checked around the house. My mom left it to me, and it’s over 20 years old. I didn’t really know much about the maintenance of it. My HVAC unit was old and deteriorating. Tommy came out and explained to us efficiently about replacing the HVAC system. We decided to get a new one instead of having problems and it costing much more. He did a wonderful job of explaining it! Also, we are getting an air purifier in the system as well! Thanks, Tommy!

Fully explained everything before, during, and after the install. Flexible, favorable financing. Next task, they will replace 25-year-old smoke alarms throughout.

Swift Services installed my new system, including ducts. The duct crew came out and completed all work in one day. They completely cleaned up all materials before leaving. The next day, the installation crew came out and installed my new heat pump. Once again, they took the time to make sure everything was done completely and correctly. They did not leave until they knew everything was working, and that I had the Lennox app on my phone and had created the connection to my new thermostat. They left my yard clean, taking all materials with them. Yes, their prices were higher than other companies, but the work was completed in a timely manner, the equipment is a respected high-quality brand, and I know I will receive customer support if needed. Update: My work had been completed last Friday, and on Wednesday, they sent out a tech to complete an airflow test, to make sure the new ductwork was working as it should. That kind of attention to detail gives me peace of mind.
