They troubleshot an issue that should’ve been taken care of upon installation. The wiring was wrong, which is why we had no heat in this cold. They were prompt, efficient, and explained everything.

Following a phone call to A+ Heating this morning, an appointment was scheduled. The HVAC technician, Junior, who is familiar with the system, was soon at my home and at work. Junior is thorough in checking all aspects of the heating system to assure the unit does not trip again. Heat is back on thanks to this knowledgeable, competent A+ Heating employee.

Woke up with heat blowing but temperature in the house not rising. A+ sent tech Jason Miller over in about 15 mins and he identified the issue - ice on the coils due to freezing rain last night. After defrosting the unit and running diagnostics, all systems are a go and heat is back up. It pays to be in the Comfort Club.
