Following a phone call to A+ Heating this morning, an appointment was scheduled. The HVAC technician, Junior, who is familiar with the system, was soon at my home and at work. Junior is thorough in checking all aspects of the heating system to assure the unit does not trip again. Heat is back on thanks to this knowledgeable, competent A+ Heating employee.

Woke up with heat blowing but temperature in the house not rising. A+ sent tech Jason Miller over in about 15 mins and he identified the issue - ice on the coils due to freezing rain last night. After defrosting the unit and running diagnostics, all systems are a go and heat is back up. It pays to be in the Comfort Club.

After a long day of travel I arrived at my condo in Ocean Isle Beach only to discover that the heater wasn’t heating properly. Around 2:00 I called A+ and they were able to send someone out by 5:00! Lionel & Casey were awesome; they stayed to get it working, which was a bit of a complex diagnosis and repair. Due to their kindness and knowledge, they got the heater going again and I was able to be warm in the 30° overnight temperatures :-).

I could not be happier with the service
My heat abruptly stopped working Sat night and the house was getting colder by the hour. I called late that night as they offer no extra charge for after-hours or weekends appts, and they got me scheduled immediately. Ethan, the tech that came out, was super cordial and a very knowledgeable guy. He had the problem fixed in no time and the cost was extremely reasonable as the company was running a special for the month of December. I could not be happier with the service I received and I highly recommend this company!
