The technician came at approximately 8:30 on a Sunday night after being on call since early this morning. He was extremely polite and got right to the task. He took care of the immediate problem and explained some things that could be done to make my system run more smoothly.
Ronald will have Sammy call me to arrange a plan for addressing my current needs. I was also informed of the service plan available to me and I agreed to the terms of that plan. All in all it was a great service call. Thanks to both Sammy and Ronald for keeping me posted on delays and arrival time. Really happy with Ronald and hope I will have the pleasure of him serving me in the future.
