Unparalleled Customer Service Experience
This is lengthy, so bear with me. I am hoping to be able to help other folks out with a full review, start to finish! This is a completely unbiased review as I had honestly never heard of this company until I had to start googling. And boy, am I glad I found them! We have had such a horrible experience with another A/C company this past week that was dispatched through our home warranty company. Our A/C was not heating properly, and air was not circulating when it was wanting to cool. I had the warranty dispatch the same company twice (had them come back out due to telling me nothing was wrong, and in the middle of the night my hallway ceiling collapsed due to the drain being blocked and overflowed into the house, literally looked like Niagara Falls in my hallway!!) and was still told nothing was wrong, and it flooded a second night. We couldn't rely on said company anymore, which led us to calling A+. 1. A+ came out immediately to assess our damages and unit. We knew we would more than likely need a new unit (we were prepared as the unit was from the '90s, original to the house we bought). Marc was great! He came out and looked everything over and told us our problems in depth in a way that we could fully understand. We eventually agreed together it was time to get a sales rep out to quote us a new system. It was already after 5 p.m., and they still made it work so that we could start decision-making before being without A/C any longer than we had to. 2. Casey Moores was our sales rep. He too, was absolutely wonderful. He took time to go through the house and determine what was needed to be able to work up a quote. Casey was nowhere near pushy and absolutely patient with us. Not to mention super friendly! Casey worked so hard to get us the absolute best deal, and we ultimately decided to purchase the new unit and ductwork. We were joking (but not joking) about needing someone to come out Monday (this was Friday) to do the install, as I am pregnant and work from home (it had been pushing 92 in the house) or we wouldn't be purchasing. Casey made that happen too! We were comfortable throughout the weekend, and come Monday morning the team was here to take care of us. 3. This brings me to Humberto and his install team. We absolutely loved Humberto. He was SO nice and took time to explain any questions that we had. Heck, I even joke that Humberto cleaned up his mess inside better than I could have ever cleaned LOL. Humberto took my husband through the house and outside once they were done, before leaving to fully inspect the job well done. 4. There was a little bit of damage while the install team was here. Not enough to be angry about, but enough that needed fixing. Humberto let me know that someone will be out to fix it ASAP. We sent pictures in and were told someone would be in contact. We are currently waiting for a scheduled time for the handyman to come out to fix it, but if this service is anything like the others I am sure it will be A+ as well! We are so thankful for this company and cannot get over the customer service experience we had throughout this entire process. You will not be disappointed.

Chip replaced the old fuse box as it had been pulled away from the wall and added insulation to the lines outside. The town inspector arrived, reviewed everything, and signed the permit for the installation CO. Thanks to all the folks at A+ for a job well done!

Junior couldn’t have been more congenial and reassuring. He went the extra mile to get the troubleshooting done so my out-of-town family with 3 infants who came for a rare visit would be comfortable and cool in the unseasonal heat.
