I was very pleased with the response time and professionalism of both individuals that came to our house. They were very attentive to our needs and explained exactly what tasks they were going to perform. Unfortunately, the technician (Robert Sweet) found a refrigerant leak in the evaporator accompanied by low pressure readings at the compressor. After a lengthy conversation with the project manager (Bradly Allen) about all of our options, we purchased a complete new system as opposed to repairing just the evaporator. Although this choice was a considerable investment, we believe we made the right choice over time.

I had my first floor AC unit replaced by Corey and Danny G. This ended up being a two-day install. Both technicians were extremely detail oriented and professional in their approach to the installation job. Both addressed my questions and concerns in a professional manner, never once tiring of my inquisitive nature. In the process of the install, other issues were pointed out to me regarding my current whole house HVAC that could potentially have a negative effect on its overall performance, and I've taken the steps necessary to have the same crew come back to initiate the suggested corrective actions. The tech got to my house and he reviewed the system quickly. He said it was working fine. He said that the insulation was not working probably because it was 20 years old and the overflow pan was cracked and needed replacing. They will order parts and contact us when they can fix it. It turned out that fixing the system would not be worth it, so I had the system replaced. Corey and Danny G came on time and reviewed the situation. They explained why the changes I wanted would not work and showed me why. They gave me an alternative which I agreed to and then did a great job installing. It was a 2-day job, so they got us a room air-conditioner for the night. I was very pleased.

I was hosting a gathering of neighborhood ladies and shortly before their arrival I noticed it was warm in my house. Checked the thermostat and realized my air conditioner was not functioning. A friend had used A+ and was satisfied. I called them and left a message and then called at 8 a.m. the next morning. By 2:00 that afternoon Ethan was there to assess the system and he and Lucas explained the damage to my old system and recommended a complete new system. That was a Friday and by Monday morning at 9 a.m. two installers arrived and worked all day to replace my antiquated one. All A+ servicemen were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up the area!
