I had gotten a panel upgrade today from Swift Services by Hunter Harkey and Bryant Canning. They are very patient and explained the process to me very clearly, and the work was done in an efficient, timely manner. Yes, I would definitely call Swift Services back for an HVAC installation once I get my finances together. Even though I waited over a month through the permit process, Swift Services explained to me they had a software issue, so a lot of projects were backed up, so I appreciate the honesty. They have a great payment plan, and they were able to work with my father (who is paying for the panel) despite him having low credit, and my older brothers were able to add their credit so that my father would be approved for the panel. Most places would not let you do that. Thanks, Swift.

Tracy arrived on time to check out a circuit breaker that was intermittently tripping in our breaker panel. After inspecting the breaker and inspecting the entire panel, he replaced the defective breaker and checked the circuit. All work done was in a very professional manner. Steven Jenkins was an incredible electrician! He came in promptly during his time window, asked me to confirm the details of the work we needed done, and then completed an estimate. We had a shortage in our living room and needed 2 light fixtures and 2 ceiling fans replaced. He completed the work (and was extremely personable while doing so!) in less than 3 hours. I also was incredibly humbled that he understood my mom's dementia and was willing to adjust to her schedule to combat her anxiety around unfamiliar people. I highly recommend and will absolutely be using the services of Swift Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.
