Response time was fast. Mitch arrived quickly. He was able to fix the immediate problem. He checked the unit and gave an overall recommendation to replace the unit. Mitch is very smart and knowledgeable of the product. He was polite and respectful, but comes across sarcastic and cocky. I rated 4 stars because I feel he needs to revisit how he comes across.
