Not happy with the problems I'm having with the units. They're not that old. The Swift guys figured it out pretty quick, ordered the part, and returned the next day to complete the repair. I would rate the techs very good. Swift is a little pricey, but you can depend on them to fix the problem correctly.

Came out for $14.99 service special and very knowledgeable. I did purchase the annual plan to keep the AC/heater unit in working condition as long as possible. Very satisfied. Six months later, a Swift rep came to do every 6-month service and was very professional. Got notice of what was done with pictures. Happy with their service.
