So I booked AC, dryer, and water heater cleaning service. This company is good, responsible, and the employees were nice too. Nathan, Ray, Tommy, and Mitch were very nice and reliable. My husband was very worried they would play tricks, like tell me something was wrong, needed repair, needed replacing, and overcharge, but I told him the reason that I chose this company was because they are a big business, they care about customer long-term service. Although Jake is no longer with the firm, Benny L was just as competent, efficient, and pleasant. The only negative aspect in dealing with Swift is the fact that they don't offer draining of the hot water heater, and I had to pay a premium price with another company because I had no contract with them.
