Brian O'Connor from Swift Heating Air came to our home to perform the semiannual check of our HVAC system. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. We actually told Brian we'd like to have him as the technician to install a new air filter system offered by Swift.

They explained everything to me thoroughly and were very professional doing their job. After completing the service work, they notified me that there was an additional problem with my ductwork and recommended I have it repaired and the ducts cleaned.
