I am happy to report that Swift Services Heating, Cooling & Electrical came in first place. There is no other company for me and you. After arriving in Sumter on a Tuesday from Virginia after 11 years, my husband and I needed help ASAP. Initially, we were in need of plumbing expertise, so I called a few companies and had to leave messages. Next, I called Swift Services HCE and spoke to a representative who dispatched a technician swiftly. The technician listened to us, he checked out our problems, and was able to give me an estimate swiftly. We scheduled an appointment for the work, and it was done the following day—swiftly. It doesn't stop there. The same day my plumbing issue was solved, I realized I had an air conditioning problem. I called back, and within 2 hours Swift Services was there. The technician was very detail-oriented, thorough with explaining our issue, and showed us pictures, which helped. Needless to say, they will be fixing my A/C unit. The biggest of all was the professionalism from my initial call through each encounter. Thank you, Swift Services, for being who you say you are—Swift. We are happy customers!!

Nathan Powell, the technician that serviced my unit, was very efficient. He showed up before the scheduled time and was very professional when he greeted me. He introduced himself and listened to my concerns. He quickly found the issue and had the system back cooling normal. After Nathan finished, he explained the problem and what he did to repair it. The house was cool in approximately one hour. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend to family and friends.

Service tech Paul stayed long and tried to find noise coming from compressor area. Concluded at this time compressor is good and noise was a vibration when compressor changed speeds. Still under 2-year warranty. Will continue to watch and listen if noise gets any louder.

Not only did he find the issue and fix the issue, but he also signed us up for a deal that is not only smart but also affordable. Shadoe was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. My unit went out on what seemed to be the hottest Sunday ever. I called many other HVAC repair companies and no one could make it on the same day... except Swift. When I say this company is the best, I really mean it. The tech arrived in less than 2 hours on a Sunday and got my unit running and cooling in no time. I was so impressed that we purchased their yearly service plan and was even more impressed at the amount of services that were included. I would give them infinity stars if I could. The best around, hands down. Call them and you won't be let down.

My air conditioning kept blowing a fuse, and in the South, no air conditioning is cruel and unusual punishment. I needed to get this issue diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible. I called several places, but even over the phone, Swift stood out among the rest. They were courteous and attentive and got me on the schedule for a visit within three hours. Every other company I called offered an appointment time between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Not only were they available almost immediately, their price for a service call was more than reasonable! The technicians showed up on time and were respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They diagnosed and repaired a wiring issue very quickly and treated me like an old family friend every minute they were here. I will definitely be using Swift again because finding a company with genuinely good people is hard these days, and these folks are awesome! Thank you, Swift!

He looked at the outside unit before coming in and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and give me options for the repair. Not happy with the problems I'm having with the units. They're not that old. The Swift guys figured it out pretty quick, ordered the part, and returned the next day to complete the repair. I would rate the techs very good. Swift is a little pricey, but you can depend on them to fix the problem correctly.

I can't say enough about Oscar helping with my refrigerant leak at my condo. I had techs out 3 times and was on the verge of facing having to have a new copper line pulled 8 stories and running into nothing but obstacles with HOAs, etc. Oscar came out again with two other techs and found the leak up on the roof right away tucked under some other units' equipment. I couldn't be happier, and the fact that he was willing to personally put in the extra effort and keep communication open with me for several months means I am a customer for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
