My leak was not fixed on the first visit, so Jeff came out the next day and replaced two toilets with the best you offer and in a very short period of time. Hopefully no more leaks. The Mr. Packer was very polite, professional, and informative. The visit was for a plumbing problem evaluation. He had pictures and videos of everything he explained to me. The evaluation was half the cost of others.
