The Swift technician that came to my home was very thorough. He walked me through everything he was about to do and what he'd use to unclog my sink and tub pipes. He explained what he had already done and also let me know I needed a new valve for my toilet tank. Mr. Eric did a great job.

Quick and Honest Service
We had a sudden issue with our garbage disposal that I quickly realized (after some googling) would not be an easy DIY fix. I called Swift and they were out the next day. They gave their window of time for the visit and arrived at the tail end of that but ready to diagnose the problem ASAP and provide a quick recommendation. Since we didn't have a repair option we had no choice but to get a replacement and they offered a 20% discount since the tech admitted their prices are a bit higher than other competitors for new garbage disposals. That was very honest and kind and greatly appreciated. I signed off and he had the old one out and new one in within 30 minutes. Will look to them again when we need their services!
