The repairs I needed on two units were extensive but were completed quickly and efficiently. This review covers two separate service calls (both related to the same problem). First, Brock Brown came out to do the initial diagnostic work to determine what was causing the problem with my Daikin mini split. He narrowed the issue down to several possibilities but needed Daikin tech support to help from there. I found Brock to be quite personable, a very good listener (as I was elaborating all the symptoms I had noticed), and highly competent. On the second call (2 days later), my "go-to tech" at Swift, Mitch Kinney, came to the house. Besides being professional, highly intelligent and demonstrating a commitment to excellence, Mitch has an uncanny product knowledge of my 3 systems. He finished the diagnostic work and made the necessary repairs. Swift ought to be grateful to have folks like these representing them in front of the customer. They BOTH deserve a lunch on Swift!
