Incredibly Customer Focused
Our heat went out on a frigid day on 1/27/26, which is uncommon for our area. Our regular HVAC company came right out, and they couldn’t fix it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an electrical issue at the breaker box, and we needed an electrician. I randomly called A+ Heating & Cooling, explained the issue and how we needed an electrician. They had someone at our home within 20 minutes - and this was at 4:45 PM, nearly at the end of the day. I’ve seen all the A+ trucks driving around for years and found them to be incredibly customer focused!

Had an electrical issue I found at 4 in the afternoon in the kitchen, so no refrigerator, etc. They did send someone right away. He was great at finding the problem fast and fixing it. Answered all my questions. Helped me out on price a little. It was an overall great first experience, and the fact it was after 5 and he showed up and fixed it. The price was a little higher than I expected, even after he adjusted it a little, but with the fast response and after-hours service and how the office people were great, I would do it again. But if it wasn't after hours and an emergency to save all my food, I might have tried someone else because of price. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again. They were truly professional in every way from start to finish, and I do understand that when you find a company like that, you do pay for it. Keep up the great service.

Steven Jenkins was an incredible electrician! He came in promptly during his time window, asked me to confirm the details of the work we needed done, and then completed an estimate. We had a shortage in our living room and needed 2 light fixtures and 2 ceiling fans replaced. He completed the work (and was extremely personable while doing so!) in less than 3 hours. I also was incredibly humbled that he understood my mom's dementia and was willing to adjust to her schedule to combat her anxiety around unfamiliar people. I highly recommend and will absolutely be using the services of Swift Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.

I renewed my Annual Generator Home Comfort Club membership on Wednesday and scheduled my Annual Generator Maintenance Check at the same time, which I could schedule for today (Friday).
I got a notification when he was on his way, and he was within the service window I selected when I scheduled the appointment.
As always, excellent service!!
For the annual check, Dwayne changed the spark plugs, air filter, oil filter and oil, and checked the battery.
