I had gotten a panel upgrade today from Swift Services by Hunter Harkey and Bryant Canning. They are very patient and explained the process to me very clearly, and the work was done in an efficient, timely manner. Yes, I would definitely call Swift Services back for an HVAC installation once I get my finances together. Even though I waited over a month through the permit process, Swift Services explained to me they had a software issue, so a lot of projects were backed up, so I appreciate the honesty. They have a great payment plan, and they were able to work with my father (who is paying for the panel) despite him having low credit, and my older brothers were able to add their credit so that my father would be approved for the panel. Most places would not let you do that. Thanks, Swift.

On Sunday during a bad storm my generator started running even though there were no outages in my area or to my home. I had just purchased the home a month earlier and was not familiar with having a generator. My neighbors were complaining how noisy the generator was since the homes in my neighborhood are pretty close to each other and they could not understand why our generator was running when there were no outages in the area. I called the main number for Swift Services to explain the situation. A few minutes later Dwayne called me back and explained that a fuse had probably blown in the transfer switch causing the generator to run. He explained to me over the phone how to stop the generator and restore power to the house. Then he told me he was going to be in my neighborhood this week so I could schedule an appointment and he would come by and fix the problem. I scheduled an appointment for Monday between 11–2 p.m. Dwayne was actually a bit early. He showed me that the controller board in the transfer switch had shorted out causing the problem on Sunday. He replaced the part under the parts warranty and all I had to pay was the labor for the repair which was less than 50 dollars. He then let me know the warranty was almost up and recommended I call Generac to see if I could get an extended warranty since the standard warranty was almost up and a lot of the parts are expensive. Dwayne was very helpful, explained things, and went above and beyond with helping me out of the situation on Sunday until I could get an appointment scheduled. Excellent Service!! Can’t say enough good things about Dwayne and Swift Services all around. Thank you!!

They worked meticulously and carefully to remove the vent cover, clean ducting, reinstall the vent cover without damage, and clean up after themselves in the vent area they worked at the time. Great example of clean as you go. Joe and Rob were professional and personable. Good teamwork.
